I travel to the US and overseas on business frequently. I have had occasion
to deal with a number of agencies that provide travel insurance. On a recent
trip I noticed that both my policy and that of my wife's had expired. We were
outside of Canada and after calling two other agencies that had no desire or
the ability to bind a policy given that we were outside of Canada I called
Laurus. Within 10 minutes on the phone we had coverage and within 20 minutes a
copy of our policy arrived on our e-mail prior to our departure to our next
destination. Julius at Laurus was professional and knowledgeable. I will never
deal with another agency but them again. Customer service and ability are what
they are about.
